I talked to UMI about the same thing when I installed mine. here's their reply:

"The A-Arms are shipped pre-set. You may need to turn the rod end out (1) turn on the rear lower A-Arm rod end. This is normal. But all others should go right in. Once installed the slots in the k-member will be used for the alignment."

But, I still had to adjust both rear rod ends in(shorter), just to get the bolts in.
I would still go ahead and match them up with factory arms to be on the safe side, that way you have some measurement numbers to reference. You also want to scribe around the control arm mount bolts before you loosen any bolts so you have a reference point on where to position the mount bolts so you can at least drive it to the alignment shop.
Good luck , and have fun!

IMO, I wouldn't drive it very much at all until you get it aligned.
Also I can't remember the numbers, but I also changed shocks and springs so the alignment was off quite a bit!

We install them as they are right off the shelf then get it aligned.. always work best for us. But during assembly, shipping and unpacking they can easily move.

Let me guess , the front bolts were a pita? did you turn the steering wheel all the way to the left (for right side?)or right(for left side?) before trying to remove the bolts?

front bolt nut = 74 lb ft
rear bolt nut = 85 lb ft

But don't worry getting it exact too much, because those are going to get loosened to do the alignment.
