Default one of my pulleys is messed up

okay so i thought my alternator bearing had seized up because i started it up the other day and the belt started squealing and smoking white smoke. One of my pulleys isnt turning. My belt tensioner alternator pulley and a/c pulley spin freely but the bottom left one doesnt spin at all, anyone know how to get this off?

The bottom left should be your AC, do you possibly have the AC confused with the power steering? It's above the AC and just below the alternator.

Your ac clutch may have fried causing this condition. I haven't heard of the power steering pulley freezing but I'm sure if the pump ran dry it could happen as well...Take a pic and circle it in read so we can let you know.

That's the AC. They do make an AC elininator pully you can get off ebay but I think those are preyy low quality. Hopefully someone else has a part # of the GM one. You might try a search in the for sale section.
