Default Vids of my car (403 w/205's) demo-ing drivability

Here are the vids I promised. They are nothing crazy. I was in lot's of traffic and the vids are to show the drivability of the new combo, more than max effort of the car. I'll do some of those soon too. I just have to get it to the track. Northern NJ sux. There is always WAAAYY too much traffic to play even a little bit, a least around where I live.

Car Idling- Cutouts closed and open:
Car Idles

Casual driving:
Driving manners

Highway and Throttle stabs:
Too much traffic

The above shows a bit of what the car can do. I can drive it around in traffic and it drives like stock. When I want to play it really wakes up. I have a few more points in the tune to touch up, but it really is a mild mannered beast.

I promise I'll get some vids soon of me kicking the snot out of it.

SAH-WEEEEEET!!!!!!! Made my day! Thanks a ton for taking the time to do that. Makes me want to get started on my build!!! Your car displays MUCH better low RPM - low load manners than my current setup (too big a cam with too much overlap, partailly the reason for my rebuild this winter). Cant wait to get Mamofied!

When I get to the track I'll definitely do be doing some max-effort stuff and documentig that also.

Same here; plenty of wide open road where I live. The traffic in the video doesn't look that bad, but the 55 mph speed limit sucks ***. It's 70 mph where I live and goes down to 60 where I work.

Arkay99 - Sounds good. How are the cops there about loud exhaust?

Not too bad. I suppose if you flaunt it in front of them you'll get a citation. The funny thing is, the exhaust is a set of Z06 ti's and they aren't loud at all when driving. They have a nice growl at idle by are pretty refined when driving around. The cutouts need to stay closed around the neighborhood though.

Well, just to let you know, a far better and less chaotic meet with about 150 cars is every Tuesday night at the Best Buy/Dicks Sporting Goods parking lot near the Moorestown mall on Nixon Drive. Right off of 295 S exit 36A. There are a lot of LSx cars and a bunch of fast rides as well. Hope to see you there sometime.
