If it really was done by who they say it was then they could have had the cam done at a small race shop nobody here would know anything about.

I would either have someone Cam Dr. it or slap a degree wheel on and see what you can learn.

i found a hkracingenterprises out of houston tx.looks like they do custom ground stuff and alot of ltx/lsx builds.

long shot but it could be them.
