Default Where does these sensors plug into? And hydraulic clutch question

Hey everyone. We ALMOST have the car ready to go after a long 5 months. Once we started putting everything back together, we ran into a few things we can't remember where they plug/go into. The wiring is for a 1999 Firehawk m6. It no longer has the EGR, we installed headers & ls6 intake.

PICTURE 1 - The other end is grounded to the frame on the drivers side. Where does this end go?

PICTURE 2
- Large black sensor that goes somewhere under the drivers side. Where to?

PICTURE 3 - Crappy picture but my brother said it's hanging loose under the passenger side around the starter. Where does it go? I can't really tell what he took the picture of, but kinda looks like the other black sensor in picture 2.

PICTURE 4 - Some vacuum line thing. Which end runs which way around the side/back of the intake?

PICTURE 5 - Another rubber line fitting (to water pump maybe). Which one goes here and where does it go to? Radiator?

One more question for those clutch hydraulic guys...

There's some sensor that goes into the driver side of the t56 transmission. It was extremely difficult to get in and out, had a weird snap-in type thing. I'll try and get a picture later but we're not really sure what the heck it is and if it will cause the clutch to be stuck all the way at the top (not being able to push the clutch in)... while the cars nose is still sitting up in the air. We didn't remove the master cylinder or the slave cylinder, but will we still need to bleed the clutch once the car is ground level? All we done was removed the transmission when we put the new motor in.

HELP WILL BE EXTREMELY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! can't wait to get this beast on the road

Pic 1 - it goes on the back post of the alternator

Pic 2 - The front O2 sensor connector for that side

Pic 3 - Thats the other front O2 sensor connector

Pic 4 - Thats a PCV line. The T goes toward the back of the intake and the line runs along the passenger side fuel rail. The ends connect to the valve covers and the long end goes to the intake.

Pic 5 - That is for the TB. There is another fitting on the right side of the TB too. Its just so coolant flows through so the throttle doesn't stick in COLD weather. Its worthless and we all do whats called the TB bypass on it. The line that would go there needs to go from the front of the driver side head coolant tube to fitting on the radiator by the cap.

Oh and that hydraulic thing the line from the master cylinder. The quick fitting is what your having problems with. It connects to the slave cylinder. The reason you can't push the pedal in is because the line isn't connected or done right. The fluid has no where to go. Yes, you will need to bleed the system too. The master is okay now, but once you connect it...its got air from the slave.

Thats what happens when you rebuild your car from the ground up. I know where everything goes!
