First HDR attempts
I've been trying to learn more about my new Nikon D40 and have been playing with HDR a little bit. These are true HDR images with 3 different exposure rating images combined to one. It seems that my underexposed pictures were catching a bit of noise but I like the way these turned out:
This one would have been really nice if it wasn't for the noise :

I believe you need to take 3 shots with different exposures, then use the "Combine into HDR" tool in Photoshop. The thing about it is, you need a good camera to capture your different exposures. Most cameras look like turd, which is why his look good, he has a good camera.
Awesome shots dude, I want you to take some of my cars!! Come out to Chi-Town.

No and that was one of my mistakes. One of the things I've been playing with lately. Also, my lens is only a f/stop of 4.2 so anything under exposed I really need a tripod to to lower the ISO. These were all taken by hand.
