I have Kooks LT and a catted y I was wondering wat kind and wat size cutout i should get i have a stock catback

Get a 3'' DMH cutout and install it at the end of the y-pipe.

you will see some gains on it for sure . i had dual 3" cutouts at one time with electric openers . on the stock catback it sounded pretty good . when the cutouts open though it is a real head turner .
the single is almost as good . since you are running one , a 4" cutout would be good . the brands are about the same as theyt perform a simple task . the electric cutout is about a bill .
