My car was just tuned up. New fuel filters and everything.. My car turns over like 7 times before it fires.. But.. if I try to start it and shut it off right away and them try to start it again,it fires right up every time.. Why would it do that? Fuel pressure regulator? Fuel pump? Otherwise it drives great..
