Hey guys, i have to reset the valves on my 383 so i am going to remove the plugs to make the thing easier to turn over by hand. While i have them out i planned on re-gapping them. Its a 383, 10.5 - 11:1 compression, 14* initial and 38* overall timing, trick flow heads, mallory unilite distributor and mallory coil, msd 6A ignition. Im using NGK FR5 plugs. I was thinking of gapping them around .038 - .040. What do you guys think?
