Default Moser 9" w/ Strange Brakes, need help

I just got my Moser 9", third member, and Strange brakes assembled on the table. The caliper bolts to the back of the backing plate and doesn't allow for the rotor to sit flush across the flange of the axle. I took off the caliper and put a 1/16" washer between the backing plate and caliper which moves the caliper back toward the differential, in turn making everything line up across the assembly.

Just checking to see if anybody's every had to do this and if anyone's got any heartburn about it. It looks OK to me.

Patrick

Sounds like you'll be OK. Just make sure the caliper has enough travel for pad wear.
