Default Beat a Maserati Quatroporte

Tonight I was taking a buddy home, and we saw a Maserati cruising down the street. I decided to get a little action, although I was doubtful a guy driving a Maserati would want to race. Anyways he was going about 50mph, and I cruised up next to him and matched his speed. I dropped it in 2nd and just held it there to see if he was game. I tapped the gas a few times to see if he was game, but no bite. I started driving a way. When ever I got to the point where he was 3 cars back, he tried to do a fly by. I quickly dropped it in 2nd, and he never got past my front bumper.

We pulled up to a stop light, and I gave the guy a thumbs up. I got a little nod from him. Light turns green and we both take off, with me struggling to get traction. We stay even through 1st, and when I shifted to 2nd and had traction I started pulling on him. I shifted to third, and stayed in it halfway through third and had 2 car lengths on him. At this point I shut it down. Then he tried to do a fly by again, and never got past my front bumped.

That was a fun race for my lightly modded Camaro. I have free mods, lid, LT's, TD's (2.5" H pipe dumped through bullets), and some shitty Sumitumo HTRZ 315's.

that maserati runs high 13's stock so they're not much of a threat. It prolly doesn't help they weigh 4100lbs
