Trans am vs BMW M3 Me: 02 T/a Auto 2.73s, LTs,ORY,Ported tb.
Him: New BMW M3 Not sure which year, but it had under 20k on the clock.and a intake
First race, from a dig
He pulled about half a car, untill 40-50 then i came around him and beat him by 4-5 cars.
But he said he missed 2nd...and 3rd
So the second race, I set him out a car and he had about car and a half on me till bout 60 ish and i came around him again an I put almost 4 lengths on em. A friend of mine has a pic of the finish, ill post it as soon as I get it. But all in all a pretty quick car.....and driver was cool as hell, he's the first to ever walkup and shake my hand after a race annnnnnnndddd he payed up. Almost every race Ive won the person either had a excuse or wouldnt even talk to me afterwards. Jolly good fun.

It does not sound like an 08. A nationwide search on autotrader does not even show 1 car with over 6500 miles (they were just released a few months ago in the US), let alone over 20k.
Sounds like a less than 300 whp inline 6 to me.
I honestly don't know how anyone can't descern a new M3 from the last generation. They look nothing alike at all.
Sorry if I sound like a dick, I'm just hungover.

oh, and I have a race tonite,this one will be on video tho... Against a 03 Cobra, with intake and 2.6 pulley, at 18lbs for 150$$. Whatcha guys think? I think its gonna be a pretty good race, considering my tires are almost BRAND NEW, I get outa the hole pretty nicely. Whatcha think??

Yeah, I know hes making ALOT more power. But I have new nittos, too his crappy bald BFG's, and at the track this guy ran a 8.3 1/8. While I cracked a 8.0 with a crappy 2.0 60ft back when I street tires. But I guess I wont race him for money, just incase lol.
