Default Jet power ;)

Didn't know where to put this since it isn't LS1 anything but still pretty cool. I like the part about his vehicle being a threat to national security....

*** Update 7/18/06 *** You have to give the California Department of Motor Vehicles (the DMV) credit for creativity on this one. A DMV insider has disclosed to me that the DMV has made a formal request to a federal agency to rule if my Beetle constitutes a threat to national security based on what could happen if it got into the wrong hands. This raises three questions in my mind:
#1 Does this mean I’m the right hands?
#2 If someone with the name "b_laden13" is the highest eBay bidder for my Beetle can I refuse his offer even if he has the prestigious eBay Red Shooting Star feedback rating (the highest)?
#3 Would this affect my eBay rating?

he could have put it something less gay than a beetle. if it were more concealable (like the giant tailpipe) it'd be better, hence putting it in a different car.

badass though.

Thats a couple years old! Seems to me like he couldn't use the turbine engine on hte road. Its for off road use only.

He should have saved his money and just swapped in an LS1!!!!

Theres a caravan on youtube with a jet helicopter engine powering the rear wheels. Front wheels are still on the stock motor so it gets around, then you open the doors and hit the jets! pretty sweet!
