3 bar sd enhancement what is needed to run the 3 bar sd enhancement. i have the standard hp tuners and wanted to run SD, i purchased the credits and nothing has changed. my SD drop down is empty, what did i just pay for? the pcm is a 2002 and i have the usb cable setup. please help,

It's in the instructions...
