Default Moser 9" additive change

I searched a little bit, and came up with alot of nothing.

Anyone know were i could find a good write up of how to change the gear/limited slip oil in a moser 9"?

The Truetrac does not need posi additive, just 80/90 weight gear lube. Bob

does yours have a drain plug and a fill plug?

if so its pretty self explanatory.

not that i know of, ive looked....it looks pretty much like i have to unbolt the damn thing...

Or you could use a pump to suck the fluid out the fill hole.

Another option would be to install a drain plug. I drilled a hole and tapped it to pipe thread, but if you do it with everything still in the car, you might leave some metal shavings inside.

yea if it just has a fill hole then you either have to suck the fluid out or take out the center section.

You can pump it out, Ideally it is best to pull the 3rd member if you do not have a drain plug though.
