Default Will I notice a difference if I gut my cats?

Just trying to get some opinions on this. My set up is LTs right into these high flow cats, http://www.performance-curve.com/ind...OD&ProdID=1181, into a y-pipe into a borla catback. If I were to gut out my cats, would I notice a difference in sound and performance? Or would it be trivial and not worth all the effort?

There should be a difference. It will be louder as well.

not much of a performance gain to justify the effort, also cats may "muffle" the sound a bit, but mufflers do 90% of the dampening on noise.

Louder and raspy.
