Hard idle? Fuel injectors?

Hard idle? Fuel injectors? Ok so for a while now when I start my car up it idle's really hard. It's only a V6 firebird mind you...I put seafoam in my gas tank hoping that would fix the problem...still does it..What could it be? It only does it when the car has set for like 6+ hours or so.
