I have a couple questions?? help.. ill come clean, i drive a 94 Firebird 3.4L 
but i think im bout to move up to an LS1 or LT1.....
my dad found a camaro with one of the motors but he doesnt know its year model
he said if it was worth it we would put the motor in it into my car......
will the LS1 or Lt1 jus bolten in??
and can i just pull my body panels off and put them on its body, that was dumb but can i???

If you do a search for LS1 or LT1 swap into a V6 fbody you'll find probably a few threads. A few people here have made the swap. I'd make sure the car you're taking the motor from has good wiring harnesses and all. Also the whole body panel thing probably isn't the best idea for one the panels won't line up appearence wise without modifcations. Do a search for in the paint section for Transmaro and you'd see what it'd look like.
