New LS1 Owners - Newbie Tech - Didn't mention the sweet deal I got!!!

I've posted a few times about the 99 NBM Z28 I got but failed to mention the price. It's in pretty damn good shape. Engine and trans wise(A4), it's in tip top shape. 122k miles. I have seen others say that $5000 was a good deal. If that is a good deal, then I stole this one. Got it for $3400. 100% stock. What do you think?

Sounds like a damn good deal as long as the body/interior hasn't gone to hell.

Im with you except i paid 11800 for my v8 then spent about that much on repairs.

Car looked and drove great for the first few months then electrical problems from hell started.

yeah 5th an reverse where gone I forgot to mention that one and it was hit at on point but the body work is nice and paint was done rite. tranny is getting rebuilt now costin me 1800 so its a lil under 5000 for the car so yeah.

My dad bought me a very clean Black Z28 on my 18th birthday with 120k on the clock for only $4000, which I thought was a good deal. Of course the engine blew 2 days later but hey, more of a reason to go faster!

the body has those tiny dimples on both rear fenders most seem to get, you can't hardly notice unless you are looking for them, interior is great except console lid is gone, drivers side window control bezel is hanging out(have to get some new clips I guess) and the sun visors fell off. The headlineer, door panels, dash , seats and carpet, look like a 2-3 year old car. The body overall has some other flaws as well. The tail panel(berger panel) has a hole tore in it because of a trailer hitch of a truck hitting it. Engine and trans runs great. Trans shifts very hard from 1st to 2nd especially though. NBM with white stripes... here's some pics.
