I traded accessories with a member, my 98 fbody for his corvette, he says the one from my 98 engine looks completely differnt than both the vette and another fbody one he has

anyone have any insight?

I do know the one I sent came off the 98 I bought and fit perfectly as far as the belt and ect, but I dunno what might be differnt in relation to the car

The 97 & 98 model water pump has a removable pulley, the 99-up models have a pressed on pulley. They do look very different but are interchangeable.
