WTB: Shifter boot ring and blackouts

WTB: Shifter boot ring and blackouts plainly stated really. I have a 99' TA, and would like a set of front and back blackouts and really in need of the ring for the shifter boot. Mine snapped when mech took it off, so everytime i shift now the boot goes forward and back. Please help me out.
Also..I know I am being really picky, but i am also missing the small trim piece that surrounds the fog lights. Just give me a heads up anybody.
