Default Water Leaking into Door Panels

Ive noticed that the bottom of my door panels (Below the window cranks)are collecting water. The carpeted section is moist. I've looked at the bottom of the doors, and it doesn't look like the drain plugs are stopped up.

Has anyone else incurred this same problem, and if so what is the fix? Is it possible that there might be a Technical Service Bulletin that addresses this problem?

I thought that I would ask the experts for the low down so that I might have the proper ammunition when I take it to the Dealer. ( The car is still under the factory warranty).

I've only encountered this on BMWs, but I'm sure it's the same problem on F-Body's. The plastic vapor barrier pulled away from the door at the bottom. This allows water that gets into the door to get behind the door panel, which leads to the carpet getting wet. Hope this helps.

If it's warranty, let the dealer pull the panel to see whats going on. Why loose sleep over it? I'm sure it's something stupid anyway. As far as i know, no TSB.
