Default what do i need 4 full posi!

Ok i left off the street today and i did the one wheelie peelie!? Im not liken it! I plan on doing a gear change from the 2.73 up to the 3.73 but what would i need to get the full posi? I'm guessing I would need a whole differential, i haven't worked with rearends much, but im going to learn. Or am i better with what i have which i believe this is limited slip right? Im driving a 02 Z28. Thanks for the help

Stock factory positractions are junk, If you want to upgrade and keep the same 7.5 diff I would run an Eaton Positraction.
