Group Purchase Requests - GMMG Chambered exhaust GP please

please pass the word around to other forums so we can make the group purchase as big as possible.

I am in the market now for a gmmg catback. For me I dont need the catback with the big oval tips just the basic tips will do for me. Could we please get a GP together. It would help my wallet out alot if we could. My car with stock exhaust now is to quite and with a GP it would make it sound very nice. My v6 bird is louder than my stock ls1 lol.

I'd purchase one with tips. They could always do the GP on just the cat-back & keep the tips seperate.

GMMG usually does one group buy a year. Missed out on the early one youve got to wait for a year.

You guys are acting like pissy girls. For your info, Angel IS the person who organizes GPs for GMMG on here. So calling Angel a knucklehead might not fair your chances. And what someone said earlier is true, usually only one GMMG GP per year. It would be probably closer to Christmas before they are close to doing another one.

And GMMG is by FAR the closest, most unique exhaust system you can do for your LS1.

I just registered to join this forum after reading the previous posts about interest in a GP. I understand there may be some sort of hazing ritual required being that I'm the newbie, but wanted to join the effort to get a discount from gmmg. I've been researching the exhaust options for my LT1 and the gmmg sounds like a definite winner.

Im starting a new post to try and get SLP to lower their price on their new
PowerFlo system. They offer 3 style tips. But so far no one was showed any interest in it.
But SLP does want a butt load of money for it $700 is the price. The GMMG kit has been one of my favorite catbacks. Even when the first chambered system was available from a company named Rick's First Gen f-bodies i think they were called. Then in 2002 i went to the GM day at Carisle, PA and heard the chambered system on 6 Camaro SS's that came from Dale Earnhardt Chevy:drool: I didn't read all 3 pages for this post, so is there a price set for
the GMMG system? I know i'm interested if the price is right, but i need to
know how good it flows and what gains have guys seem with this setup.
When i heard the cars start that had the GMMG system i almost got wood!!:D
I only want the regular tips...i only want the 3 inch tips that have that slant cut to them, just like the SS and WS6 tips look like.

Wow they sell the kit for $750? It might be alittle costly but it's compairable to the
Borla and the Corsa. And those little chamber mufflers aren't as heavy so the GMMG
i personally think would be a good choice. But i hope you guys check out they thread that i started about SLP's new system. But i'm still gonna follow this thread. On BTW the SLP is $700 but i called SLP to see of they'll drop the cost:)

Well I took it upon myself to contact GMMG since I really want this GP. Here is what they said:

Not sure if we will or not. We have had so many regular orders that it has been hard to keep them in stock. No, we are not a sponsor on LS1tech right now but that is normal for us. We are only sponsors when we have the gp's because we don't do anything else on there. Sorry, I don't have a better answer for you right now but you could check back in a couple of weeks.

I plan on checking back in with Angel in a few weeks if they don't start the GP in time for Christmas. So that's where we stand on that...:confused:
