Exclamation Carb style intake on cam only 346

Anybody have any experience with a similar setup. I'm running a t-Rex in a cam only 346. It is pretty much a track only car. Runs in the 6500-7400 rpm range down the track so low end loss is no concern to me.

I'm thinking a vic with a accufab throttle body. Is that too much?

i lost a little bit of torque down low, but with that cam this intake likes a little more RPM. you should be fine.

All the searching I have done says these intakes do not resond well with off the self grind cams.

Has anybody figured out the specs that do work yet? I will be building a new engine soon and I will be using one of these style intakes. I guess I need to try it, I would just hate to have to put my ls6 back on until I built the new motor. Just don't have the money to try every kind of intake.
