Definitely the motor has gone out.
If you use the search function, I have seen a couple of good write-ups on how to change the motor. Good luck with it.

Here is one of them:

its not that hard. Follow Shoebox's walkthrough, make sure you have some good drill bits, I broke a couple trying to drill the rivets out. Also, wear long sleeves and gloves when you drill the fiberglass panel out to reach the rivets. If you dont, you'll be itching for a while....

window motors go out in these cars all the time..to make ur life easier when u take out the rivets an install the new motor use bolts instead of using the rivets again

i suggest you just replace the door straight out from another car...i've heard its easier than just replacing the window motor

if you follow the walkthrough its cake. You have to drill holes in the fiberglass inner door to get to the window motor mounting points, then you drill the rivets out and take the motor out. The new one should come with mounting hardware instead of rivets. re-install it and thats it. The walkthrough above has diagrams showing you exactly where to drill so you dont make your inner door swiss cheese. Also if you get the Autozone one it has a lifetime warranty....

i think the regulator comes attached to the motor but I forget. And your window will go back to normal speed, and should be quiet. The autozone motor was like 80 bucks I think, I really cant remember. Its worth it to DIY, the dealership wants like 400 I think to do one.
