Default 403 and D1SC Pulley combo for 12 psi.....

I have a D1SC and was looking for a pulley combo with the SDCE set-up that would get me in the 12 psi mark, erroring on the high side, as I don't want to change it if not necessary in the immediate future and want to hit my goals right out of the gate.

I know there are lots of variables but surely someone has run similar parts as this is a fairly common build.

403, AFR 225, 9.5:1, 232/240 @ .050 115 lsa in at 0, 1 7/8 tubes, catted Y and Magnaflow rear cat back. I am also using the twin 4.5"s coolers and the FAST 90/90 set-up with the BIG air filter and stock plastic ATI hat.

I have a 7.250" crank and a 3.55 and 3.70 supercharger pulley to play with. Engine RPM will be 6300-6500 tops.

thanks

KP might be able to nail this one down for you, as he has used the SDCE bracket assembly for many years. I would say it will take the 3.55 with your mods. Bob

I'm running 3.45 blower pulley and saw a max of 10.5 with some belt slip at the higher rpm's.

Running almost same setup as you except LS6 intake.

Yeah with my set-up and the 3.55 (heads, cam, exhaust, etc.) and no slip, I seem to be making 9#

the SDCE has a smaller crank pully though so you will have to go even smaller on the blower pulley.

by the calculations, assuming the graph of flow vs rpm is linear, you should see 8.75 psi but that is very dependant on your particular setup

Well, I got 9 with the 3.55, so that is pretty darn close. How did you figure it?
