well there is a guy who does it down here in sd, but honestly i would just give it a shot and try to do it yourself. By the time you pull off your tb and then drive to a place and pay them and drive back or go somewhere to ship it you could have it done by yourself. Mine took less then an hour. I just followed this writeup.

just get the drill bits that are made for grinding away metal, home depot has them

and dont worry about polishing the inside there will be no gain and noone will see it. Just smooth it out a little with some sand paper.

Its much different. Technically this is just filling the Gap in the TB and making it smooth. If it was a port you would have to get a bigger butterfly valve and make the Dia. of the hole bigger.

I backed it up one and it looks like there's a notice that the website is shutting down.

Contact WILWAXU directly, I believe he's a member here.

This is easy. But tools are pretty expensive. Rather pay someone. I did it myself, aluminum grinder, 1000 and 2000 sand paper. And some common sense. Don't make the walls too thin

Yeah, I used a small grinder and a carbide cutting bit to take off the high spots (had to keep a pick/screwdriver around to push excess aluminum out of the threads though... there's probably a better way, but it cut through the material pretty fast), and I got one of these sandpaper bits to save a little time in the smoothing process before final sanding with high grit...
