Default Waking up the LS7.....

Just finished the tuning and the results are awesome.

New Z06, mild cam (customer wanted drivability) .608/.583 232/248 115LSA....before dyno it made 518.87 rwhp & 475.24 tq, after our new CNC porting (the intake is not bad from the factory, but the exhaust ports can be greatly improved) of the heads, and hand porting the intake to match with our 95mm billet throttle body we ended up with 546.94 rwhp, and 491.34 rwtq.

Yes the big cube motors want to breathe!!! Only difference from the base run was the porting & bumping up to our 95mm billet TB.

And a few pics of the car: http://www.corvetteflorida.com/forum...ight=revxtreme

For $2800 we will tear down your LS7, dissasemble the heads & CNC port them with the same program here, port the intake to match, and re-install all withcustom length push rods plus complete dyno & driveability tune (using an in-car wideband during the drive stage) . Add $1950 for cam & springs to match done at the same time. Add $499 for the 95mm DBW TB with all the wiring & accessories

Now all I need is the C6Z

I would be all over this though. How well would an LS7 take a 100-150 wet shot when at 520-550rwhp already N/A? When I get bored with my current car I will be grabbibg an 06 C6Z and need to know!
