Default Camaro, T/A Superchargers

Just wanted to give you an update on some of the F-body cars that are participating in our Supercharger Program...

Here's a shot of the 01 SS Convertible with headers and cam, 01 Trans Am with a built motor and camshaft, and a stock SS.

Here's a shot of some work in progress on the Convertible.

We'll keep you posted as progress continues...

What exactly does your supercharger program entail? Obviously putting superchargers on these cars but is there anything else?

Waldershrek,
The program is that we are doing the first systems in-house for $5995 + $2000 installation. They will received a full custom tune for their application included, as opposed to a generic "mail-order" flash tune.

We are doing the in-house installations to improve the instruction manual, and to gather data for a variety of tunes for built engines. It refines the system for those who will be installing them later on.

Update:

The white 01 SS Convertible was delivered.

Dyno numbers are good. 505hp at the wheels.
He was equipped with LS6 heads, Stage 2 camshaft, and longtube headers.

Next car on deck is 01 Trans Am with SLP 402...We're doing a little cleanup to the engine first, and then the Maggie goes on.

Stay tuned for more details.

Is the 402 going to have a 122ci charger ? Do you guys use a 8" crank pully, like ECS does ?

The 402 will get the 112.
I'll have to check what he has for the crank pulley.

He is almost done. It should fire very soon. Then we're going to look at suspension improvements for him.

what would your guess be on RWHP with a typical heads/cam set up and the typical bolt-ons?

Probably 500-515hp to the wheels. It depends how the cam is that is in there.
