What were all of the packages that the trans am or firebird or whatever were available in 2001-2002 model years?
What package would have been the most desirable?

As far as packages go, I mean WS6, Firehawk, etc...
Now let me rephrase the other part. Which perofrmance-packaged car was the most expensive from the dealer's lots?

v6, formula, trans am, ws6, firehawk, blackbird
they have many other cars that you can get your hands on.. but not factory i dont believe (the blackbird is a prime example.. carl black took trans ams and had GMMG i believe tweak them..) the blackbirds will be the most expensive.. they are super rare.. next would be the firehawks.. they are few and far between.. ws6s can be bought about as easily as a trans am.. formulas are more rare than trans ams or ws6 but not as rare as a firehawk.. and v6s.. well.
now this is taking into consideration the options.. when you talk rarity you can have a regular trans am with certain options that make it more rare than a firehawk.. but from the lot the firehawks i believe were the most expensive..
http://www.cardomain.com/ride/429194 the blackbird..
i dont mean to be rude.. but you can search and find all of this man, its been asked 100 times or more before man..

Dont worry about it man.
At least you had the courtesy to tell me what I wanted to know too instead of just telling me to search.
Thanks for that.
I find that maybe I can find what I want-sort of. But it seems more helpful to tailor my question to what I want to know, and you have told me what I wanted to know.
Besides, so many questions have been asked by now that for any question asked you can pretty much tell someone to search.

The Blackbird was a GMMG car and not a factory car. It's the same as the Tom Henry and Berger cars. I'd put them in a Saleen-type category.
The same can pretty much be said about the Firehawk as Pontiac never advertised it (whereas the SS was in all the brochures and Chevrolet marketing material). If you want to include the Firehawk, you'd also want to include the "GT" which is the SLP V6 car. The fact of the matter is, the Firehawk is a SLP model.
V6, Formula and Trans Am. Those are the "only" models from Pontiac.
The WS6 was an option on the Trans Am and not a model in itself. You could get the WS6 package on the Formulas in 2000 and previous years.

And starting in 93, the WS6 option wasn't available like it used to be. And starting in 96, is when WS6 actually became an engine performance package (not even sure if they kept the suspension elements). Where as pre-93, it was a performance suspension package. 1LE was still available though, which was above WS6 pre-93

WS6 did include suspension components through '99 I beleive.

The rarest form of a factory car was the Formula.
10% of V8 production was Formulas, 7199 in total.
Total amount of Trans Ams and WS6s was 72678.
And yes the Firehawks were the most expensive. They were almost 37k (in 2002) with every SLP option added.
