Default LS1 vs LS6 valve guides?

I ordered comp cams new kit # 26921 which is the dual valvespring kit for the LS1 series engines. I have LS6 heads casting 243. I have found that the seals will not seat all the way on top of the seats. I'm sure I got F*^%#D and they sent me either the wrong set or the set is correct but will only fit the stock LS1 853 style heads which may have smaller valve guides. Anyone have any information on this if the LS6 head valve guides are taller than the LS1 head valve guides? If there is a gap between the seat and the seal will that affect anything?

Thanks!

Edit: Here is my dilemma

The LS6 and LS1 use different numbers. You can not install the short ones because the base is the spring seat.

LS6: there are 8 seals in each number below
Intake 12482063 dealer list = $24.96
Exhaust: 12482062 dealer list = $29.10

I called Comp today and they said that the seals are press to fit and that there would be a gap between the seat and the seal. I'm so happy I don't have to take my dual valvesprings all off and do it all over again

thanks!
