Default 35th SS ?

I have a ? to ask hopefully some here can help. In my town. I know this guy who has one of these and he tells me today that he has a noise or a rattle I think. He thought maybe it was the center exhaust. It was replaced but he still has the noise. So has anyone else heard this noise? OR know what it might be?And i'll pass along the word to him.

Shock bushing? If the rubber has worn, the shock will knock against the mount.

Rattles I have had -

- Junk in spare tire well
- Little twist-lock plastic thing for spare tire well, not
seated and rattling against sheet metal
- Loose Panhard mount bolt

CME is all hanging on rubber and ought not to rattle.
But mis-hung exhaust can interfere with heat shields
and Panhard brace / mount.

If it is an exhaust rattle, sometimes, the pipes going to the CME tips would rub against the backside of the CME valance making some annoying sounding vibrations/rattles. Slid the exhaust on a little farther and the noise went away.

is it definately exhaust related?? Does it get worse/better at different RPM's?

My exhaust would vibrate a tiny bit on startup and a little at idle, but when the RPM's dropped to around 900 for a minute or so, under a load, it would definately start to rattle.. It also was really noticable when i had to skipshift to 4th.. I just looked at it today and it was the band clamp right where my catback met my stock Y.. I had to tighten the crap out of it and it stopped..
