What stall did you go with? what made you pick them over vig? yank? Or chance?
I only ask cause im putting a th400 in my car in a couple mo's and have never been auto, or bought a converter. I dont want to dump a grand on something thats ok, but could of been better.

Stall
I went with a 4800 stall (my choice), I went with Ultimate converter concepts, because he was highly recommended from a couple people i talked to, also because he is the only one you talk to when you call there. Other places I have called including Chance also told me Lenny knows his stuff and builds a good converter. I would have gone Chance but for the money, Lennys weld together converters are supposed to be the best bang for the buck. I had my front mount done at Behind Bars Race Cars in Lake In The Hills, IL and Chris Builds some serious cars and when I asked him about Converters, the first name that came out of his mouth was UCC.
PS Lenny was a great guy to talk to and very knowledgeable.

I used to run a TCT converter in my car when I had the YSi, Lenny still worked there at the time I believe, I think that's the guy I talked to.
I'm running a PTC 'verter spec'd for a turbo app. now.
