Is this a good replacement opti? Or is ACdelco the way to go? I only see this one on summit for 300.....trying to get lead in the right direction

Sorry if this subject has been beaten to death, it's going on car that's got h/c/i and all supporting mods.

No, stay away. 95% of people here have had horrible luck. Get a REAL Delco one. Not a cheap 'rebuild' off eBay. They're from asia.

I had one come apart. Don't waste your water pump gaskets.

MSD or true AC Delco. Delco's I think are around $350.

Total ****, yes I had one. The cap had sparks shooting out of it and into the water pump.

MSD or AC Delco. MSD for modded cars, AC for cars that will stay stock.

The extra little bit you spend on the MSD opti is worth it in my opinion.

How well will an ACDELCO work with a modded car? I've read that MSD does about just as well as the ACDELCO's do.. just over priced..
