Talking 4.8/5.3 with ls intake

Can anyone help me out. I have a 2001 4.8l/5.3l motor from a truck. I would like to use a LS(corvette or camaro intake) as they look better. Can and will any of these intakes be a dirrect replacement? Or will a BBK or fast do the job. I dont what to start replacing part just the intake. Is that possible. if so from what car and year or LS model.

Thank you.

The LS car intake Definately will bolt up. Might have to change some minor things like throttle cable bracket etc...but definately does bolt up!

But then your going to find out that the throttle body will hit the upper radiator hose on the water pump, and the accessory drive will be in the way. It can be modified with a special idler though. I've sen it done many times. Might try a search on the Performance Trucks, that's where I saw it.

You will need to run the l92 water pump and pully and get ya the plug adapters for the injectors.
