P0420 & P0430 Help!!!!!

P0420 & P0430 Help!!!!! Well it started off being just P0141 (o2 sensor) and then before I could fix the O2 sensor, The codes P0420 and P0430 came up also. I replaced the O2 sensor and cleared all of the codes and a few key cycles later these two codes came right back.
The codes mean Catalyst System Low Efficiency Bank 1&2
What does it mean?
Will they go away by themself?
How can I keep them from coming up/ fix the Problem?

that is the same sensor that I replaced.
not running sims.
the codes 0420 & 0430 didnt come up the same time that the o2 sensor code.
it came a few weeks later.
now only getting these to codes.
