my brother in law wanted the same thing I told him to check out isohunt.com for it. It is a bittorrent sit. It is not a legal copy but I have MS works from that site and no issues what so ever even validates on windows. Check it out. you will need to dl a program to dl it though can't remember the name of it but it is on isohunt.
