Default Slight pressure buildup in my D1SC?

I ran the car Saturday night and checked my fluids today. When I loosened the dipstick on the D1SC I got a little "hiss". I know I have heard that these units build 1-2 psi of pressure when running but I kinda figured it was supposed to bleed off as it sits? No problems with it that I know of, still running good. Unit has gotten slightly louder as its gotten some miles (about 700) put on it and I put a larger intake on the blower. I've changed the oil once or twice already, and it was full today. I do get some drips out of it after running, which (according to the search here) is normal. It rarely leaves a drip on the ground.

Since there is no vent they will build up pressure, even when sitting overnight. Mine could sit for a week and if I opened the dipstick it still had some pressure.
