Hey whats up, I'm Frank I'm from New York. I currently own the worlds most powerful MKIV Volkswagen GTI. 707WHP and 466lbft. Car ran a best of 11.2 @ 131.4mph with a horrible 1.98 60', also on low boost 28psi.
Anyway, I'm tired of fighting with a 4 cylinder. I really wanna go faster,and well this car once dialed in will probably max out around 10.5, give or take. I'm thinking of a V8, easiest way to make power... not to mention I DESPISE FWD cars now for drag racing! They suck, plain and simple, especially with this sort of power. your 400whp car isnt so bad, but your 700whp cant hook on slicks till 3rd gear? forget I'm done lol
Anyway this is my hello. I'm REALLY interested in one of the new Pontiac G8s, nice big luxurious car that I'm sure I could turn into a mid 10 second car with some work.
With all that said, thanks for the welcome. And if anyone can reccomend someone on Long Island in NY to do work on these cars, lemme know!
