Western Members - Going to IN-N-OUT Wednesday in the Valley (SFV)

I'm going to cruise down to IN-N-OUT Wednesday night (say 9:30) if anybody wants to go. This is in Northridge and I know a few of you guys go out there for you know, burgers and shakes!

It's cool, I know it's a weird night to go out late for some, but I have to head down to SD Thursday so I'm not going to make this Friday at Bob's Big Boy. But I am itching to get out...

Yeah, last week was the first time I went out. It's a different scene than I'm used to but there were a lot of cars out there so I'll cruise out tonight. Are you going to be in the Z28?

Well nobody races at the In-n-out, they just meet there and hang out, although I suspect they go to other areas from there.

and have u raced a red conv. cobra lately?

if u did race the cobra im talking about i heard u guys raced rolling and after the race u didnt stop, u just kept going..lol..why>?

Actually, he turned around really quick and I did turn around but not until like a block later. We (me and the guy I was with) were trying to find him but he was gone.

the 1/4 mile does come really quick when ur driving a blower cobra and a turbo vette..u guys should do it heads up tonight

We did go heads up, btw (meaning we both went at the same time) unless you're talking about going from a dead stop, in which I don't have any traction. Besides, I believe we need to square up anyways from last weeks run.

on the way home i raced an evo then killed it easy with traction control even on

Well for those who made it out, I did have fun. I got hit up driving out of there as well. There were a few cops but they seemed pretty cool to me. They towed one car but the guy drifted into the parking lot and apparently didn't have registration or insurance on him. Then I think they ticketed someone for parking in a handicap spot but my point is, if you're not doing anything stupid, you're fine.

Vindication, I have met you before the problem is that I travel a lot so, if I'm in town, then I'm down to go out. Right now I'm in San Diego even though I was in Northridge last night. As far as my car goes, I'm basically going to put a stronger block into it. Nothing special, just lower compression (same size motor). I'm going to put a cam in it, turn the boost up a little and be done with it.

i was there lst night my buddie in the yellow cobra broke off a camaro 3 cars by the end of 1st gear he was at his door mis shifted 2nd gear reallly bad adn that caused him the race...then my buddys red cobra spaced out a white 01 cobra but has 03-04 cobra body on nitrous gave him 13 cars lol got him by like 5 cars

those were some damn fun races to watch! i still have em on my phone. and that guy in the white spray cobra needs to learn throttle control and not spin so much:nod:
