If I had to move one I would call places that sell and install pool tables.
It's not easy I agree, seams get messed up etc. I would expext to pay between 3-$500 to have them move it depending on how big the table is and where it has to be moved to and from.
Just call a place like that, the installers will do the work for you.

have you ever tried to move a pool table? Especially from or to a second story or higher? They are quite heavy and a pain in the ***, then once you get them to wherever you are going, hopefully without damage you need to level them out. I had to move a regulation table from a second story room down the same room on the floor below once, we had to remove 3 windows from each room, pass it through the hole, onto the balcony, off of the balcony onto a very tall extended boom fork lift and then the same deal on the ground floor... what a pain that was.
