Great Box....Just dont do what i did the first time. I mounted my 2 amps about 3mm too close to the box so i couldnt even put my damn t tops in there at all!! haha, no one sits in my back seat anyways so i just put them there. Box could be a little deepere though. i have (2) Boston G2's and when they hit hard sounds like they are bottoming out in the box. All around great quality and look real good though!

I dont know a whole lot about stereos, but I dont see how it could be bottoming out in the box. The only thing that is close to the bottom of the box is the magnet, which doesn't move. The cone and coil and all the stuff that moves is up towards the face of the box. Could the box be flexing?

I think maybe he's trying to say that the subs are reaching full excursion. But if indeed they are close enough to actually be touching inside the box, then he should do some sanding at the contact point to alleviate that. As for the maxing out the excursion sound, I often use polyfil inside the box and it seems to cushion the sub's movement for much improved sound quality.

I ordered my passenger side stealth box from subthump. I didnt care too much for the customer service at all. The product was alright i guess. My biggest complaint is the fact that they didnt carpet the top of it enough i got all this black painted fiber board showing and i hate it. Ian Kee is hooking me up with some scrap carpet so i can finish the job subthump failed to do. If you ask me, PM Ian, (KEE Audio) he's a great guy to work with and im quite sure he will make you a very nice box.
