Okay so this race hasn't happened yet but I was just wondering if I should or if I would be wasting my time. My z has an off road y and a flowmaster and he has a k&n intake catback and we are both a4s.

I will do the best I can on that. I know my friend had a stock ss and raced the guy and pulled him by about 3 so I'm thinking I may have him.

i had an 04 gto with k&n intake and D/S tuner. All i could manage was 14.17...
I'm pretty sure you'll smoke him.

My dad's bone stock 04 GTO M6 did a 13.7 @ 104 up at Lebanon Valley, which is a sucky track. Add the intake, catback, K&N and he should be low to mid 13s all day. I'll guess you'll still pull him a little bit because of the weight advantage, but it should be a good race. Get it on video and post up results.
