Default bad check valve throwing code?

hey guys,
i put my air system back on so i could pass emissions with my LT's and everythign was fine, and recently i've been hearing a lot of valve flutter from the driver side check valve. so i guess the valve is busted, and i've left it on. a couple of days i got a lean code bank 1, could the busted valve be causing this?

Yea, it's like an exhaust leak and can bring air into the exhaust system in front of the O2's and give them a false lean reading due to too much air in the exhaust.
