My Black SS after C6 Z06's and Strano Springs
Ok i just got back from leave (Im in the Army and this was my last leave before i deploy back to Iraq) and i finished my car while i was home so these pictures are a couple weeks old i was to busy having fun to post them but here she is all finished. Heres the list
Wheels and tires: C6 Z06's 18x9.5 up front with 275/35, 18x10.5 in the rear with 18x10.5 295/35 used Vredestein tires, didnt like the cheesy center caps that came with them so i got a different and had custom two tone SS emplems put on for that good accent had a small fitment issue but turned out well after i did a little modification.
Suspension: Strano Springs all the way around with a UMI adjustable Pand hard bar to center it back up. fitment went well i made a good guess judging on how much i thought it was gonna move the rear end over when i dropped it, drove it around the block pulled it back in and it was off maybe an 1/8 of an inch which is not even noticable to the naked eye.
Lights: Halo Head lights and new tail lights (the stock headlights were getting that crazy white film so i wanted to replace them. by the way if you ever get these tail lights (i believe there Altezzas there is a small fitment issue you have to modify the back of the car, if your thinking about getting them i can tell you why.
Hood: Added the 465hp decal for a nice accent on the hood
Drivetrain: the Zoom kevlar clutch i put in last summer (but only got 4000 miles on) started slipping so bad i couldent even go half throttle so i threw the piece of **** out and had one made by a company called Clutch Masters in SoCo and am very pleased with its firmness and drivability so far would show you pictures but obviously its in the car.
Future plans: After i get back from this next deployment and make some of that tax free money im gonna put a set of Koni 4/4's on all the way around and re do the pain since its got some horrible rock chips in the front from the previous owner and a key mark down the right side from some ******* before i got it also. then for power im gonna get an APS TT setup and that should put her just right
