So the initial factors are correct?

Injector Rated Fuel Pressure: 43.5
Your Fuel Rail Pressure: 58
Injector Rated Flow Rate 37

According to Racetronix, those injectors are rated at 37 lbs at 3 bar which is the 43.5 PSI rating, with your 58 PSI (have you varified this) your tables look correct.
