6.0 heads on an Ls1 motor

6.0 heads on an LS1 ive got a little problem i was wondering if anyone knew if there would be any troubles if i put 6.0 heads on a Ls1 motor goin into my 1999 trans-am i didnt know if i would have any problems or not hit me up if you got any tips or suggestions
