Default Flash PCM with DTC's set ?

Is it possible to flash PCM with DTC's set. Can't clear 1336 DTC .Thanks

To clear 1336, you need to perform a crank re-learn procedure. If you have EFI Live you can do this, and HP Tuner's as well i am sure. If you don't have either of those then the dealer can do it with a tech 2.

You can re-flash with DTC's set, but it will not clear up that code, it will come back.

Eurospec2, Thanks for the fast reply. I plan to have the re-learn done next week but I need to tune now. Am using Edit .

Not that I would do this,but what if I deleted DTC 1336 in my tune? BTW I'm getting this code because of a new PCM.

Deleting the code will not take away the fact that the crank re-learn needs to be performed, i would not do any tuning until that is corrected.

Got the re-learn today with Tech-2.A few probs but it's done. Having issues with Vista and Edit. Also not many USB to serial cables for Vista 32 and none for Vista 64.
