I got a ls2 400 motor though a signal 3 1/2 " exhaust with a strait though muffler one tail pipe. I was thinking of a pare of 3" dumps at the headers. but I don't know how much of a gain ill get need opinions on people who did it and has any one ever seen a loss in power or et cap ed up on the count of turbulence in the pipe from the dump

Seems like most of the dynos I see on cutouts yield about 7 hp to the wheels. Those are mostly pre muffler on LS1 engines. In your case, you might gain quite a bit more. If you got 15 hp from it, I would expect 0.2 second gain, tops.

yea when we dyno'd my friends ls1 he made 14 more wheel on a dynojet through the cut outs over stock exhaust

oh I forgot to add one thing I got magna flow cats too on the exhaust
